In the business world they say ATTENTION is the new Currency.  What does that mean?  Businesses are in a competitive environment to get consumers to notice them.  Getting consumers attention can convert to money.  Students have to expose their academic skills and athletic talents to colleges of their choice to get free tuition.  Obscurity means zero sum. Getting colleges ATTENTION can convert into scholarships and grants to pay TUITION costs.
